How to Claim Your PCSO Lotto Prize

Where you claim depends on how much you won. The details below are a general guide; always follow official PCSO procedures and verify current rules with PCSO.

Up to ₱10,000 (minor prizes)
Any authorized PCSO lotto outlet or a PCSO branch/district office, after the ticket is validated.
₱10,001 – ₱300,000
A PCSO branch/district office in your area, or the PCSO Main Office.
Above ₱300,000 up to the jackpot
The PCSO Main Office only, where the ticket is validated in person.

Before you claim

Sign the back of the winning ticket and write your name to establish ownership. Bring two valid government-issued IDs that show your photo and signature. Keep the ticket intact and readable — mutilated, altered, or unreadable tickets may be refused.

Good to know

Tickets are valid for one year from the draw date; unclaimed prizes are forfeited to PCSO charity funds. Prizes above ₱10,000 are subject to the 20% tax under the TRAIN law, and a 1% agent commission applies. The jackpot is paid as a lump sum, not in installments. PCSO never notifies winners by text, call, or social media — treat any such message as a scam.
